What is StarRoom?
StarRoom is an influencer messenger where you discover stories on For you, chat with verified influencers, and connect through audio and video calls. You can also play Ludo, Connect 4, and Uno with influencers in the Gaming Arena.
What are Hearts 💛?
Hearts are StarRoom's in-app currency. Use them for paid messages, calls, and gifts. Earn them through daily rewards and purchases — once earned, they never expire.
How can I earn free Hearts 💛?
Unlock free Hearts every 12 hours. Weekly and monthly packages can unlock coins faster each day. This is a limited offer and may not be available for everyone.
Do Hearts hold real value?
When you gift or spend Hearts on calls and messages, influencers earn revenue. Followers cannot sell or convert Hearts back to real currency.
How do free messages work?
Your first message is free and will deliver. Message influencers from Chat or For you. Influencers may prioritize replies to paid messages.
How do I make audio and video calls?
Open Online now to see live influencers, or tap call from an influencer's For you story. You need enough Hearts to cover at least the first minute of the call.
What is the Gaming Arena?
The Games tab lists influencers ready for Call & Play. Choose Ludo, Connect 4, or Uno — or tap Random Game — and play while you talk on a live call.
What is For you?
For you is StarRoom's story discovery feed. Preview influencer content with Smart Previews before you chat, call, or send a gift.
What is Promoted Content?
Boost an influencer's reel or post so more people see it in feed. Boosting helps influencers gain followers.
Something else?
Go to Account in the app and tap Contact us. A real human will assist you!
Influencer FAQs
Why should I submit KYC and personal information?
This follows regulations. StarRoom strictly prohibits minors from working and earning from the app, and fake accounts are not allowed. KYC keeps the community safe.
What happens after I submit my KYC?
StarRoom will review your profile, contact you via email or phone, and schedule a short interview. After approval you can start taking calls and running games.
How do I earn money as an influencer?
You earn Hearts when followers pay for audio calls, video calls, messages, and gifts. Hearts can be withdrawn as real money once you complete KYC in Account Settings.
What games can I offer?
Enable Games when you go live to offer Ludo, Connect 4, and Uno via Call & Play in the Gaming Arena. Followers can also join through Random Game.
How do paid calls work?
Callers spend Hearts per minute on audio or video calls with you. Video calls cost more than audio. You earn automatically during the call.
Can I earn from gifts?
Yes. Gifts during live sessions or calls add Hearts to your earnings — a direct way for followers to support you.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to Account and use the withdraw option after KYC verification is approved. Payouts go to your linked bank account.
What is the weekly leaderboard?
The leaderboard ranks influencers by engagement such as returning callers. Top influencers get more visibility and may qualify for weekly cash prize pools.
How can I get more callers?
Stay active on Online now, keep your profile updated, and enable Games for the Gaming Arena. Follow community rules and do not share contacts outside the app.
